A twin pack is the simplest way to put matching electric toothbrushes in a shared bathroom, but the boxes vary more than the photos suggest. Some include two chargers and two charging travel cases, others share one charging glass between both handles. Some give you a head per person, others leave the head count unclear. This guide compares six two-handle packs from Oral-B iO and Philips Sonicare on four things that matter when two people share a bathroom: how many heads come in the box, how the handles charge, whether there are cases for travel, and how many modes each handle offers. All facts come from the Amazon listings. When a listing does not say how many chargers or cases are included, we mark it as not stated. Most packs here use a two-pin bathroom plug, and some Sonicare packs leave out the power adapter, so check what your bathroom has.
